With a 100% fully remote workforce, MNTN recognized the continued vital need for in-person connection. They tapped Outpost to bring their team together 4x per year in iconic locations around the United States. Outpost serves as an end-to-end solution for these highly-sophisticated experiences, from design to logistics to production. Since launch, we’ve brought the 350+ person MNTN team together in Los Angeles, Aspen, Austin, Napa, and Chicago with additional MNTN Meets planned into 2023.

Steelhouse London Launch with A$AP Rocky

A unique, VIP experience that catered to the creative class of London. Outpost transformed Oval Space – a hip, East London venue into a one-of-a-kind music and food experience with a top tier performance from A$AP Rocky.

Our team handled every aspect of the experience, from talent negotiations + booking, to menu curation, guest list, partnerships, and non-profit affiliation. Outpost worked directly with local charity – Young Urban Arts Foundation – seamlessly integrating them into the experience, resulting in direct contributions via cash and media.

Stillhouse Retreat

Bacardi purchased Stillhouse in late 2019, and it has quickly become one of their most exciting emerging brands. With the onset of the Pandemic just a few months after the transaction closed, Stillhouse’s wider team from corporate HQ, agencies, and distributors never had a chance to meet in pierson – until they engaged Outpost to create a three day offsite meeting in April, 2022.

Outpost at SXSW

Outpost brought together an evening of entertainment in collaboration with Loro and Secretly Canadian that merged food, music, and conversation. A highly curated list of guests got the opportunity to sample the full menu, listen to a panel discussion between the two restaurateurs, and enjoy music curated by one of the world’s top indie record labels.
